Both bespoke and model solutions offer access to popular tax wrappers such as ISAs, SIPPs, and Offshore bonds.

We will deal exclusively with you. We will not have contact with your client — unless specifically requested to do so by you. We will not actively canvass or solicit them. We want you as our trusted partner, so that we can continue to build a successful and sustainable business together.

The real value to your client is in the financial advice you give — being their trusted adviser. This includes helping them make sense of a complex financial world, especially taxation.

For example, we will not risk profile your client or advise on tax wrappers and ownership structures as that is your area of responsibility and expertise, and arguably the most valuable in the eyes of your client.

Our job is to manage the money to the mandate agreed between you and your client. You are perceived as sitting alongside your client, monitoring our performance — we are accountable for delivering the investment management.

Price is only an issue in the absence of value. We feel that access to direct asset classes can be both cost effective and valuable, as can the use of tailored solutions such as model portfolios and OEICs. The benefits of discretionary management in mitigating risk and capitalising on investment opportunities are key to delivering positive returns.

You retain complete control throughout. In the interest of demonstrating trust, we want you to be able to move money away from us with ease if required. This could be simply because your client has an unexpected need for the money. It may be that their objectives have changed. Either way, we will always help you help your client, as a priority. We do not impose unfair exit penalties or processes, as you will see from our terms and conditions.

As well as bespoke discretionary management, we offer tailored solutions, including model portfolios, OEICs and other single-priced funds. Consolidating previous years’ ISAs and pension pots can help your client access these services and be cost effective for them. Indeed, our IHT solutions can be accessed with as little as £100,000.
