Big Machine Features in a Small PackageThe FLT is designed to meet the preproduction filling needs of laboratory or small batch production. The small size of the FLT does not mean it is short on features. The FLT is a full featured filling system with many of the same features found on full scale production systems in a compact package.

The full range of features available on the FLT not only ensures automated production, but limits product loss and increases adaptability to run a wide range of products.

All vials are tare and gross weighed at the fill station to ensure 100% fill accuracy. Vials outside the fill range are rejected.

Infeed DiskThe accumulation infeed disk aligns and feeds vials to the transport system. The infeed guides are easily adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of vial sizes.

Filling StationThe FLT utilizes bottom up fill technology to reduce foaming and product loss. This motion replicates those found on production fillers to ensure uniform product handling. An optional gassing station can be added to reduce product exposure to the atmosphere.

Optional CappingCap placement is performed via cap strip track. Cap crimping is accomplished by a roller forming the cap while the bottle is held in the tooling and rotated. The cap crimping station is servo controlled for easily programmable size-specific movement sequences. This is the same technology used on larger high-speed production machines.

StopperThe FLT comes standard with a stopper insertion station. Stoppers are fed using a vibratory feeder bowl which has the capability of running standard 13mm and 20mm plug and lyo stoppers. The stopper station is servo controlled for easily programmable size-specific movement sequences.

Bosch Peristaltic PumpThe Bosch peristaltic pump features 316L stainless steel head with servo controlled rotation. The head is integrated into the table top and includes recipe control at the HMI. The only size parts are the tubing and needles of the fluid path.

Passive RABs EnclosureAn enclosure has been designed to fit the FLT providing security for both your product and staff.

Versatility In keeping with the versatility required by a multi use vial filling system the FLT requires minimal size parts. The “V-cleat” walking beam transport accommodates a wide variety of vial sizes with simple tool free adjustments.
