The flexible garbage restrainer, heavy duty fish net, is held in place by nylon ropes and this

This type is recommended to be flexible for relocation adjustments for isolating and identifying areas that are hot spots for garbage dumping that requires community campaign The system is estimated at Php80 000 00 dumping that requires community campaign. Two (2) areas are proposed for the garbage restrainer to isolate and clean-up the visible area and to determine the hot spots of frequent garbage dumping. Garbage collection has its staging area as surveyed, which there is a parking and collecting area.
