/// SCOPE OF THE FUNDS RATED Corbeilles d’Or:The Corbeilles are awarded for the totality of the SICAV and FCP funds marketed in France and registered in the EuroPerformance databases. Under the methodology, these products are known as “investment funds".In each institution, only the investment funds that are marketed to clients via the network or over the internet are judged. The funds scored are thus those that are effectively available "off the shelf" and the score is not driven by the institutional products.

For pure products, each fund is ranked in a category on the criteria of its benchmark index.(Diversified funds are treated separately: they are classified with the profiled funds before being regrouped into five families as a function of their risk behavior)

• Over 1 year:14 categories, each with at least 30 funds: Equities, North America – general, Equities Europe – general, Equities Europe - small Caps, Equities Euro zone – general, Equities Euro zone – large cap, Equities France – general, Equities France – large cap, Equities International – general, Equities Japan - general, Equities Emerging Markets - general, Bonds International, Bonds Euro zone - general and Bonds Euro zone - medium term.

• Over 5 years: The Equities Euro zone category was not entered as it did not fulfill the 30 conditions over the reference period.

Award for the Best Range:The managers must offer at least two categories for the profiled funds and four categories for the equity funds and show positive performance for at least half of the rated products.

Corbeilles Employee Savings:For the Corbeilles – Employee Savings, the funds under management of the ranked employee collective investment funds (FCPEs, marketed in France and registered in the EuroPerformance databases) must be above €2 million and their category must remain stable over the period. In order to avoid any disparity, the management fees must also be paid by the fund and not by the company. To take part an asset class must have at least 10 employee collective investment funds (FCPEs). Each company must have at least four funds ranked in four different categories.

/// PERIODS UNDER CONSIDERATION

• Over 1 year:For the Corbeille d’Or – Corbeille dedicated to asset managers - Award for the Best Range for the equity and profiled funds over one year: the results have been calculated for the period from 26/06/2009 to 25/06/2010.
