Sandringham is the much-loved country retreat of Her Majesty The Queen,close to King’s Lynn in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding NaturalBeauty. The House, Gardens and St Mary Magdalene Church are all openfrom April to October. Discover the fascinating history of the House during agroup visit and 24 hectares of formal Gardens with a variety of trees, watergardens and wildflowers.
The wider Royal Parkland and facilities at the Courtyard are open all year foryou to enjoy. Relax with a spot of Afternoon Tea in the SandringhamRestaurant or pick up products in the Shop proudly made with ingredientsfrom the Estate, such as our own preserves, honey and chutneys as well ashome and garden ware.
Group Booking Advantages
Group CateringWe have two options for group catering:
Option One If you are short of time make use of our food-to-go option from e Terrace Café. Serving delicious sandwiches, cakes and hot or cold drinks using locally sourced ingredients, the Terrace has outdoor seating or you can take away ready for the next part of your journey.
Option Two Enhance your visit with Afternoon Tea in Sandringham Restaurant, serving a selection of savouries and delicious fancies using ingredients and inspiration from theSandringham Estate. Add in a glass of Sandringham Sparkling Wine for the full experience.
Group Afternoon Tea £25 per person + £5 to include Sandringham Sparkling Wine. Must be prebooked via the booking form on the back page.
With lots to explore at Sandringham please ensure you plan your day beforehand. We recommend aminimum of 3.5 hours to ensure you get the most out of your visit, longer if you can. Please read allthe information before completing and returning the booking form on the back page to the VisitorEnterprises Administrator.
All group visits must be pre-booked and are based on a minimum of 20 people, prices are perperson and are inclusive of VAT. Your group will therefore be charged for a minimum of 20 people.Admission to the House works on timed slots, therefore if your group is larger you will be allocatedmore than one House entry time.
Sandringham accepts a maximum of 3 coaches per morning and 3 coaches per afternoon, Monday -ursday during the main season from April - October.

The principal ground floor rooms used by the Royal Family are open to the public with 24 hectaresof Gardens to explore in the main season. Your group can choose from a standard self-led tour ofthe House and Gardens or upgrade to a Guided Garden Visit which then includes a closer look atour Gardens with a knowledgeable guide. All tickets must be prebooked.

1. Complete and return the booking form to [email protected] or please post.2. Upon receipt of your booking form, arrangements will be made for your group and a letter of confirmation will be sent to you. 3. Pre-booked group tickets must be paid for by credit card, bank transfer (BACS) or cheques payable to ‘Sandringham
Estate’ 30 days before the visit date. A pro-forma invoice can be sent on request. We do not accept American Express.
Please consider how much time is needed for your visit, groups may sometimes leave disappointed as the organisers have not anticipated enough time. You must arrive 30-40 minutes before your timed entry.
Terms and Conditions.
All visits to Sandringham must now be pre-booked to guarantee entry to the House and Gardens, groups are parties of 20 ormore people. You will be charged for a minimum of 20 people. All guided tours and catering requirements are subject toavailability. Booking forms and payment must be received no less than four weeks prior to the visit date. Tickets are non-refundable.
Coach parking is free for all pre-booked coaches.
