• TP21 set s the cont ractual content for CPD – an addit ional 35 hour s per year , an annual plan f or every teacher and an individual CPD record.

• A l l staf f have an ent i t lement to high qual i ty CPD oppor tunit ies – as per TP21.

• CPD cannot be viewed in isolat ion, only in terms of individual teacher s and their needs. We must look at CPD as an inext r icable l ink to whole school development and improvement .
