A MESSAGE FROM SAULT AREA HOSPITAL

Sault Area Hospital - Annual Report 2014/2015 - page 1

As we reflect on the past year, we truly can convey that SAH has charted a new course focused on thriving - we have embraced our new Mission and developed a Strategic Plan to guide us on our purposeful journey to improve health care for Algoma and everyone we serve. The focal point of this plan is the description of the future from a patient and family perspective. They speak of a seamless system where top notch care is delivered as close to home as possible by highly capable end engaged people who see the whole person and not just a diagnosis. This is exactly the future that we have set out to realize.
