Financial globalization, complexity of financial regulation, recurrent changes in technology and client profile assessment technics, continuously reshape and transform the financial industry’s standards and practices. To tackle the challenge of a fast moving and energetic global financial market environment, stakeholders and senior management are constantly adapting their strategy, re-engineering their product and investing in new technology, training and recruitment of highly skilled professionals .
The recent liquidity crisis, which has weakened the whole financial system and then gave rise to sovereign debt crisis, is now leading the industry to another new normal where oversight, risk management, capital requirement, staff skills will be scrutinized by regulators.
