• Introduction & purpose sharing-10 minutes• Open ended discussion on the life in village-the social map prepared
during IPPE-I to be shared by villagers-15 minutes• Understanding livelihoods scenario of villagers:
– Open ended discussion-10 min– Sharing of resource map if available-5 min– Listing of various livelihoods sources and their relative importance-listing
on drawing sheet and chapati diagram-10 min– Transact walk to understand the livelihoods-30 min– Discussion on possible interventions in group -20 min
• Discussion on livelihoods of one poor family in the group setting-20 min
• Home visit to vulnerable families in pairs- 40 min• Gathering at central place for final sharing of our observation and
closing session-20 min
Post filed-visit assignment1. After the field visit, each participants are
expected to reflect over the process followed by the facilitators and write down individual learning around :– Actions/behaviors/interventions which was helpful – Some dos and don’ts while facilitating– Any other learning
2. After returning from filed sit in your group, consolidate your learning and prepare a 5 minutes presentation
