As we continue to leverage our unique andincreasingly valuable position at the intersection of consumer and business interests, its

important that we emphasize our relevance to both consumers and the financial institutionsthat serve them. economic headwinds, and as the world economies recover we are seen as the globalleader in Decision Management applications, tools and scoring. We are continuing toinvest heavily in new product development. We are continuing to hire talented individuals andonboard new partners. We are continuing to do what we do - better. This is due to our strongstrategy, effective leadership and management at all levels, sound corporate governanceand, not least, due to the ever-increasing demands for our services and products in helpingcompanies around the world make better decisions. Evidence of our thought and technologyleadership is the fact that FICO currently holds over 81 patents, with 160 more pending.Incredibly, our FICO score is used 10 billion times a year.

    Focus On Germany

For many years we have seen significant success with major German banks includingDeutsche and Raiffeisen, partnering with them both in Germany and elsewhere as they haveexpanded their own footprints with cross-border acquisitions and investments.

Having carefully reviewed all aspects of our global business and potential marketopportunities, we have made a strategic decision to invest substantially in the Germanmarket in order to expand and deepen our penetration. This expansion will include sales, sales support, solution expertise, marketing and product localisation for a truly co-ordinatedapproach. As a result, were looking for strong contributors who can demonstrate leadership

as well as expertise to help us build FICOs German operations.

Global Thought, Market & Executive Leadership

Dr Mark Greene was named CEO of FICO in February 2007. Mark previously spent 12 yearswith IBM, where he was a leader in the company's financial services industry segment andsoftware business groups. He served as vice president of sales for Financial Services, responsible for setting business development strategy and driving growth across the $24billion banking, financial markets and insurance industry segment. He also served as generalmanager of the Banking unit, IBM's largest industry vertical, with responsibility for a $14billion global business portfolio of 1,200 banking clients. Earlier, he focused on IBM'ssoftware strategy, co-founding the e-commerce initiative now known as WebSphere.

Prior to IBM, Mark served in leadership roles with financial technology firms TechnologySolutions Company, Berkeley Investment Technologies, and Citicorp. He began his career in

1982 at the Federal Reserve Board, where he served as Economist and Assistant Director ofResearch and holds a Bachelor's degree from Amherst College and Master's and Doctoratedegrees from the University of Michigan, all in Economics.

Importantly, Mark has longstanding experience of leading global companies - the businesseshe ran at IBM drew their revenue equally across US, EMEA and APAC.

As Mark commented recently (see a recent video interview of our CEO on CNBC.com here),FICO is uniquely positioned at the corner of Main Street and Wall Street. As oneexample, as at August 2009 our mortgagereliefonline.com website in the US had drawn130,000 visits from homeowners seeking assistance with loan modification with 4,000

modifications completed and an epic 10,000 more in process. Individual consumers aroundthe world want to understand how to better use credit, and we can help. At the same time, our decision management scores applications and tools are more relevant than ever to WallStreet and they are critical to all banks in managing risks and improving profitability.

Our Decision Management offerings are more sophisticated and more relevant than ever - toboth consumers and businesses.

The FICO brand is the gold standard in this environment and we work hard to be goodstewards of that brand.

We have the products, talent and market opportunity to be global thought and marketleaders, changing the way the world does business for the better.
