回廊・対象 地域の特徴

回廊沿線沿いにすでに産業形成が見られる。地方中核都市が点在。

紛争影響が残る低開発地域。 内陸部の石炭、オフショアの天然ガス、肥沃な土地。

CI,GN,TG3か国が有する3本の回廊が内陸ワガドゥグにつながる。アビジャンの安定や、ガーナ沖の石油など沿岸部で都市化が進展。内陸部は未開発乾燥地域。

・物流網の未整備と高い輸送コスト。

・天然資源の輸送インフラ整備。 ・急激な投資と人口流入を支えるインフラ整備。

・低開発に関する事項全般。 ・沿岸部と内陸部の格差など、地域全体の包摂性の確保。
