UNIT 2 COAL FEEDER MAINTENANCE HISTORY - ALPHA

1 DRIVE UNIT

2 DRIVE PULLEY ASSEMBLY- Replaced worn-out chain rejectors.

- Replaced labyrinth rings.

- Pulled-out, checked/ reconditioned and re-installed drive motor with PIV gears (by Electrical contractor).

- 01.05.13 (PMWO-006752) No leaks observed @ secondary speed reducer gearbox. Changed oil secondary speed reducer.

- Modified primary drive unit. Replaced old drive PIV unit with new geared motor.

- Pulled-out, checked and re-installed PIV Gears Assy.

(06.30.13-PMWO-012094) Cleaned coupling clutch & check sensor due to frequent tripping/dis-enagagement.

- No leaks observed. Changed oil secondary speed reducer.

- Pulled-out old unit due to oil leakage observed @ secondary speed reducer gearbox output shaft. Installed w/ brand new unit OEM gearbox.

- Replaced worn-out (all paired) drive sprocket. Installed with new sprocket made from Carbon Steel plate (locally fab. By G.U. Engg.)

(06.30.13-PMWO-012094) Performed re-greasing/ servicing of drive & tail pulley bearings. Cleaned coupling clutch & check sensor due to frequent tripping/dis-enagagement.
