Job description as Technical Support to Customers (15th Oct-1st Nov 2015)Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.Discuss it with production team for the solution of those issues, and get back with the feedback to customer.Diagnose and resolve technical issues which are affecting the quality. Follow up with operational, maintenance team to fix the issue which is creating quality defect.Trace the quality defect generation during production from SAP and close the customer complaints on intranet after technically addressing the issue on production machine. Coordinate with customer for monthly meetings. Be ready with feedback on all open points of customer.

Defect Number 1:Printing Stains Root cause AnalysisWater drops leakage from water tray area (connectors).Water overflow due to water pipes blockage.Poor coating level of raw material board.

Defect Number 2:Carton damage Root Cause 1) Carton damage due to worn out belts, bearing and gears of delivery rollers of folding and gluing machine.2) Carton damage due to strong impact of breaking hammers.3) Carton damage due to jammed rollers and gears of the delivery bed of Folding and gluing machine (FG).4) Carton damage due to cross packing of cartons inside corrowals.

Defect Number 2:Carton damage Corrective and Preventive actions 1) Worn out belts, gears and bearings of FG machine were replaced with their life defined to ensure next timely replacement.2) Breaking hammer tips covered with soft rubber strips to reduce impact while breaking.3) Jammed parts of FG machine were given sufficient lubrication.4) Cross packing of cartons eliminated and made to be packed in single lane inside fully matched size corrowals. .

Summary of my experience in BUFCDeveloped strong analytical skills about customers demands and problems.Customers does not want production loss at their machines and does not want quality issues hurting their final dispatch into the market. Learned to follow up strongly and quickly the various technical issues persisting at machines of all BUFC sections which were leading to customer annoyance. Offset Printing, Cutting and creasing and Folding and gluing machines.Developed good interpersonal and communication skills that would satisfy the customers.
