• Use “Testers” at Presentations. Mark a set of products “Tester” and take them to Presentations for Clients to try right away. At the end of the Presentation, ask prospects to place product orders right away.

Call two to three weeks after delivering a sample to: (Exception: If there were any problems discussed in the first call, then make adjustments and follow up again within a few days):

• Make sure the skin is adjusting well.

• Ask for referrals and schedule Group and/or One-on-One Presentations.

• Continue to share the Arbonne opportunity.

Contact your Client once a month thereafter to:

• Remind them to place orders and/or sign up for Autoship.

• Suggest new products for them to try.

• Inform them of any special sales or promotions.

• Continue to share the Arbonne opportunity.
