"GEIi") warrants products manufactured and sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of shipment, except that parts sold for the repair or replacement of existing equipment will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

If, upon inspection by GEIi, any warranted product shall prove defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, that product shall be repaired or replaced at CEIi's option if the buyer, at its sole expense, returns the products to GEIi. Such repair or replacement shall be CEIi's sole obligation and the buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, statements, promises, advertising or representations . THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN

LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND GEIi

EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE

NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF.

CEIi's liability in contract, in tort (negligence, strict liability, or any other theory), under any warranty, or under any other legal or equitable theory of whatever type, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer, and under no circumstances shall GEIi be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to so limit seller's liability.

No action arising out of any transaction under this agreement may be brought by purchaser more than one year after the cause of action has accrued .

Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation of liability may not apply to you.
