PROJECT DESCRIPTION • Designed the transformation business plan. Coordinating with
the top management of upstream and downstream oil
companies in Kuwait towards forming the oil & gas Technology
and R&D Company, and implementing the approved business
plans. No external consultant was hired for this effort.
• Helped craft the strategy & business plan for the $1.5 billion
Research & Development Center for the oil & gas sector in
Kuwait and design the Vision and Mission of the R&D Center.
Also helped management set the strategic objectives.
Currently, coordinating the implementation of R&D Center.
• Helped KPC develop the Technology Roadmap guidelines for
the oil sector. Also advised Upstream PMO in preparing the
Upstream Technology Roadmap based on the requirements
and strategic objectives of various oil fields and business units.
• Managing the performance of the action plan. Designed the
Balanced Scorecard and aligned objectives with corporate
strategy.
• Led various process improvement initiatives including Lean Six
Sigma.
• Designed and implemented HR role in achieving strategic
objectives. Aligned manpower with corporate strategy.
