The World Missions Offering funds part-nership ministries in places like Ivory Coast, Central Asia, Panama…and Cuba.

Dr. Kenneth Eagleton, IM’s director of field partnerships, meets with leaders in countries without an IM missionary presence. Leaders take a big-picture view of the overall work and identify ways IM and our stateside churches can best serve their churches. In Cuba, that means sending qualified professors to speak at the Bible institute, improving the infra-structure of the institute, helping acquire church properties, helping Cubans serve in other countries, and more.

While it is still illegal to purchase prop-

erty for a church building, buying houses to double as both church parsonage and worship center is allowed. The average cost to buy and remodel a house to meet house-church needs is $10,000. In 2017, monies provided a house in Sancti Spiri-tus. The two-bedroom house has a garage and stage area for services.
