BARBEQUE-SALLAD Med Rökig kyckling och Papayasalsa. Ingredienser 2 personer; 2 majs kycklingfiléer,1 mango, ½ färsk ananas, 2 röda paprikor, krispig blandsallad, salt och peppar och en bit parmesanost. ½ finhackad rödlök. 15 skalade valnötter. Marinad; 1 msk olivolja, 1 tsk soja, 2 msk flytande honung, salt och peppar efter behag, 2 tsk sambal oelek. 2 tsk spiskummin, 1 tsk Liquid smoke, Papayasalsa; 1 papaya, 1-2 salladslökar, 0,5 dl mango chutney, ½ tsk torkad chili Gör så här; Blanda samman marinaden låt kycklingen dra i 30 minuter. Gör under tiden salsan, Skala, kärna ur och skär papayan i små tärningar. Finhacka salladslöken, Blanda ihop allt. Låt det dra en stund. Hacka och skär ner paprikan, mangon, ananasen, och rödlöken i en bunke. Börja med kycklingen skär den i bitar fräs dem på järnet c; a 10 minuter, Lägg upp salladen på respektive tallrik, Fördela kycklingbitarna, paprikorna, ananasen och mango på salladen Hyvla över parmesanen. Toppa med salsan. Servera ett glas öl./Vin eller is vatten till. Smaklig måltid!
