Patients and Future Patients LOVE Promotions…

People love to feel like they are “getting a deal”. You can use promotions to attract new patients during times when kids are out of school, when the office is “slow”, or in fact, any time. The amount that you are “discounting” is the marketing expense, and can be recovered even the same day that patients come in when they receive additional services—such as sealants and adult fluoride. Promotions also are great to reward people for following your page. WOW them, and they will not only become a lifelong patient, but they will become an internal referral and raving fan!!

Make giving back to the community a priority for your practice and share it on Facebook. People love to see others making a difference…

Use Links to Your Website…and ENGAGEMENT and the SIZE of Your Audience Matters…Make sure to use Clicks to Websites Campaigns to send people to corresponding pages on your website which talk about similar topics to your posts. From your website, people can browse to your other webpages to get to know more about your practice.

Also, the more your page creates ENGAGEMENT, the more Facebook will reward you when you promote your posts through ads. Facebook sees your page as relevant and one which users want to engage with. As result, the AD gets seen by more people.

Also…

Size does matter.. the larger your audience, the less you will spend.

This example shows that a similar campaign promoted on my Delivering WOW Facebook page, which at the time of this image, was less than 30 days old with 150 likes. My practice’s page has over 50,000 likes.

Here are the results:

• To promote a similar post, it cost me twice the ad spend to promote the Delivering WOW post vs. my practice’s post.

• It cost me $2.47 per post engagement for Delivering WOW vs $0.05 for my practice.• The Delivering WOW post reached 3,506 people versus 104,533 reached with my practice’s

post.

Once you invest in growing your audience…and you will be rewarded with new patients, and will spend less!!
