Multiple parallel implementation activities may represent risks for meeting the timescales

Implementation of TEC enablers supporting dynamic AoR cross border operations suggested to align with the introduction of SESAR compliant systems (beyond 2015)

Details to be clarified during the definition phase

Regional Technical Planning Board will mitigate the risk developing detailed implementation plans
