For retailers that have already deployed screens running static USB, DVD or PowerPoint presentations, this application is the natural next step which provides content control while ensuring consistency and compliance company-wide across physical locations.

Eye-InSpire facilitates centrally administering dynamic content that will be displayed on indoor or outdoor screens with real time updates across multiple locations.

It provides the Digital Signage administrator or any supplier or partner the ability to securely upload and store in a centralized location any type of media content including: posters, television commercials, newspaper and magazine display ads, animation, logos, brochures, annual reports, and product videos. The content can be classified by language and importance as well as user defined groupings. Presentation parameters such as the frequency and duration to be displayed can be specified along with an expiry date.

In the Content Library, Content Groups can be user defined hierarchically in a similar fashion to creating Windows folders and sub-folders. Any content can be dragged and dropped into an appropriate group folder. The system provides the flexibility to both standardize and enforce a structure throughout the organization or to permit departments to have their own classifications and categorize store content according to their own requirements.

The Library Management functions allow you to easily locate content through simple search queries on various criteria and parameters. The content can then be retrieved and previewed at the click of a button.

Eye-Inspire enables you to effortlessly establish which content will be displayed on particular screens at specific locations and the order that it will appear. The display screens can also be split into multiple sections, allowing you to specify the

location or format of particular content in a specific frame, full screen, or as a scrolling ticker. Total loop time can be defined and the system provides a view of the availability of unfilled vacant slots for playlist assignment. Percentages of the loop that can be granted to various departments or categories of content. The system will automatically balance these ratios ensuring that all selected content is broadcast while at the same time respecting the specified departmental or content grouping percentages.

You can have multiple playlists which can be scheduled based on the time of day, day of the week, and other seasonality permitting you to decide as to what, when, where and how long specific content will be displayed. In addition, you can schedule screens to automatically shutdown or display a screen saver during off hours, so that the screens do not need to be manually switched on and off.

While leveraging predetermined schedules and playlists that put the system on auto-pilot, content is also updated in real-time based on changes in your data sources. You can also quickly apply manual changes to a marketing strategy, promotion or pricing in real-time. Though its

built in product database it can be also be linked to your point of sale and inventory systems.

The Eye-Intelligence incentive manager triggers messages to be displayed on specific screens based on who is in your establishment. You can specify that the frequency of specific content should change by a percentage of screen broadcast time, or that a specified section of the screen will change based on the profiles of the targeted audience.

The system allows you to create and manage predefined templates, so that employees can easily populate content without having to worry

about the text placement, logo or style. It also allows you to impose look and feel standards in your organization.

A few sentences of unformatted text can be input or uploaded and then associated with a background image to create professional looking slides. You can insert live broadcast television events and shows as well as pre-recorded programming into the playlist either in fullscreen or in a screen frame surrounded by other content. This feature provides asset management and tracking capabili-ties. An online inventory is maintained of the installed equipment (Media Players and Screens) along with serial numbers, warranty details, dimensions and precise location where they are installed.

Part of the automated workflow is the automatic triggering of notifications which are emailed to the administrator or specific individuals whenever new content has been created or uploaded by others.
