EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT! Objective

The extra credit assignment is designed to offer 3-5 points for students in fifth grade ELA.

Goals

We are offering students the chance to earn 3-5 additional points to their third nine weeks ELA grade. In order to receive these points, the student has to complete lessons on iReady.

Solution

Students have to log on to iReady and complete assignments with an 85% accuracy. Stu-dents without internet access will complete the attached lessons with 85% accuracy.

Project Outline

* The assignment is totally optional * Students have to log on to iReady and complete at least two lessons that receive a score of

85% or above. * Students have to complete the lessons by May 11, 2020. * The lessons have to vary. The lessons should include a combination of Comprehension,

Vocabulary, or a Close Read. * Students have to complete (2) two lessons with a score of 85% or above to receive

three extra credit points. * Students have to complete (3) three lesson with a score of 85% or above to receive

four extra credit points. * Students have to complete (4) four lessons with a score of 85% or above to receive

five extra credit points.
