The objective of this programme was to support all schools in England to provide extended services as a core part of the school's role in community. This was part of the Every Child Matters policy.

These files contain the full change management method and information packs used in ES.

• These materials are part of a library of documents and tools which were at some point in the public domain created in public sector programmes

– Many of which are no longer available on publically accessible websites

– There will be future unnecessary costs to recreate these

• They are based on the results of real programmes in the public sector

• Resources have been kept as close as possible to the actual original deliverables

• Resources are reasonably self-contained
