Turn-Key Event Planning
All of our events and programs are based upon
preformatted structures that are easy for your
representatives to execute. However, for
entertainment options such as Coffee Hours and
Business After Hours, the Chamber can provide
comprehensive event planning (with a percentage
charge). You can be as hands on or hands off as you
prefer. No matter what, Stephanie Matthews or Katie
Dykes are at your service when you need it!
How to pick an option
that’s right for your business:
Brand Exposure
When you purchase an extension option, your
company or initiative will gain broad exposure through
the following avenues:
Chamber website
Chamber Connection newsletter
Logos broadcasted to 1,900+ recipients
Chamber social media accounts
Signage, banners and t-shirts (if applicable)
Giveaways for attendees (when indicated)
VIP Invitations
Event decor
Targeted Networking
When you see this icon, it means the event targets a
specific group within our partnership. Examples
are:
Corporate Leaders
Mid-Level Managers
Small Business Owners
Gender Groups
Industry
Health Care
Education
Political Leaders
Expanded Marketing
Our events and programs are the perfect venue to
showcase new products or services, bolster word-of-
mouth endorsements, and pitch to key decision makers
for accounts. The potential for marketing through any
Chamber event/program is tremendous—both for your
company and your attendees.
VIP Access
All our options come with VIP status, and many come
with complimentary table reservations, preferential
seating, attendee tickets, and extra privileges during
an event. Please see our offerings on the following
pages for further details.
Future Option Rights
The benefits of selecting an extended option today do
not end with your event. Once you have purchased an
extended option, you will automatically earn first right of
acceptance for your event the following year, and you
are given a second right of acceptance for any other
unclaimed options. Future renewal options are sent out
in October of each year.
