Change File Type to QUICKTIME

Change COMPRESSOR to H.264

Change Frame Size to 1280 by 720

Change Pixel Aspect Ratio to SQUARE PIXELS

• Tick the DEINTERLACE FOOTAGE box

• Click OK – the project will save as a QUICKTIME .MOV file that can be uploaded straight to You Tube
