ABOUT MCCARTHY MENTORINGEstablished in 1998, McCarthy Mentoring offers a suite of formal, structured mentoring and coaching programs. They partner with leading companies across the Australian business, government and not-for-profit sectors to tailor programs that drive change, engage their people and develop leaders.

The Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW (UDIA NSW) is pleased to launch the second annual Executive Leadership & Mentoring Program for senior property development professionals. The inaugural scheme was a huge success and we invite you to be part of the 2015 program.

The eight-month program will be managed by McCarthy Mentoring, who have been inspiring leadership through successful mentoring programs since 1998. The mentoring program offers a unique professional development opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced industry leader. Mentors that are individually matched to mentees will draw on their experience in business to provide strategic advice and support. The 2014 mentors included Philip Manidis, Jane Jose, Philip Graus, Lee Valentine, Romilly Madew, Matthew Quinn and Barry Mann.

McCarthy Mentoring’s research and experience shows that partnering with a confidential mentor builds confidence, helps clarify goals, enhances skills, improves performance and expands networks.
