Dear Atty. Estacion;

Please excuse me for being absent on the dates of September 12 and 19 2015 on your Legal Writing class. I was not feeling well during those dates because of the bad weather. Because, on a previous night after my class in Criminal Law with Atty. Timtim it was raining heavily. I stayed for a while and waited to see if the rain would stop, but unfortunately it didn’t. Since it was already getting late, because my class ended at 9 p.m., I just went home to Valencia, on my motorcycle, regardless of the heavy rain. As a result, I caught a cold which lasted for several days.

I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter.
