About the Board

#4

What kind of board is it?

It’s an advisory board.

Board members will gain greater insight about the College and assist by

suggesting ideas on issues of importance to alumni.

Unlike a governing board, the AAB is not directive in nature and does

not have financial responsibility.

The president serves as an ex-officio member of the College’s Board of

Trustees, where he/she represents the voice of Excelsior alumni.
