What happens If you miss breakfast?If you miss breakfast them by the time you have lunch nearly 10+12 hours have gone by after your last meal. Your blood sugar level has gone and you have nothing to provide your body with energy. This low blood sugar or hypoglycemia causes short term memory problems/concentration problem .

Diet During exams: Try & eat a healthy diet, not just chips
and burgers!
Take time out for meals; don’t try to work while you’re eating dinner
Improper diet will lead to poor growth & vitamin & mineral deficiencies

your anxiety levels and induce insomnia. Caffeine tablets have the same effect
