The success of these images will rest on several components that are formulated from experienceand education in the field of marketing, image creation and production.

First, the experience for the company must be professional and efficient.

DEFINE

Elke Photography will conrm business objectives, proritize image requests

and nalize predicted marketing implementation of images.

IMAGES AND STORYBOARD PLANNING

The image storyboards will be dened through layout in accordance with priority requests,

as well as time and budget constraints.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROCESSING

Elke Photography will photograph based on approved image requests and feedback from

the client. This will include processing for all images in a high-resolution format for

use in accordance with the dened licenses.

DELIVERY TO PRODUCTION

All photographs will be delivered for review in a gallery format. Once all images are chosen,

paid for and approved, they will be handed off to the company’s designated representative

foruse by the company.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Throughout the project we will communicate and provide updates through

agreed upon channels. This will include pre-def ined checkpoints and a

formalized approval before proceeding with each phase of the project.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

All project communications will be ltered through an email system to keep track of all

feedback, deliverables and project statuses. If communications are made by email, a follow-up

email transcript will be provided.

EXAMPLES

I will share an examples board paired with project notes to ensure all parties have the same

vision for the end product.

IMAGE DELIVERYA gallery of nal images for selection will be presented at a viewing consultation in Elke Photography’s studio. At this consultation nal image choices will be made, post-processing changes may be requested and images will be prepared for delivery.

Depending on the quantity of images selected and the number or complexity of changes re-quested, nal image delivery may take up to six weeks.

After images are processed and complete, delivery will be completed via Dropbox, and all purchased images will be available as high-resolution, print- and web-ready digital les.

PRICING


FEE SCHEDULE


PROPOSAL TERMS

This proposal and pricing are valid on the proposal date of

March 8th, 2016. A specic start date shall be allocated once a written conrmation

of award receipt is received. Project award shall be accompanied with the required

$400.00 for the project commission.

Payment terms are specied as dened in the Statement of Work. Payments

are proposed in accordance with the following schedule:

Images shall be selected by the Company at a fee of $500 per image. Purchasedimages shall be accompanied by a usage contract specifying the usage rights ofselected images and the length of terms in which rights shall revert back to Elke Photography.

At the end of the usage term, images may be repurchased at 50% of the initial purchase price.

The commission fee for this project is $400.00

EXPENSES

Any undesignated expenses incurred by Elke Photography will require prior

approval from the Company.

PROCESS ASSUMPTIONS

The Company will be responsible for any overage resulting from work that is out of scope.Elke Photography will bill for these overages based upon approved change orders.

Changes to the requested images and processing after approvals are not considered xes and will be considered as within or outside of project scope on a case-by-case basis.

Any deviation from the schedule, or changes to nalized assets or technical requirementswill result in additional charges and schedule changes.

The Company will provide Elke Photography with all documents, research, and image exampleswhich support the project effort.

PERSONNEL ASSUMPTIONS

The Company will provide a single point of contact for the Company to coordinate and facilitate

communications and activities between Elke Photography and the Company. Such contact person

will have nal approval for all deliverables and change orders, where applicable.

The Company will make all necessary personnel available as required for fulllment of the project.

Where a necessary personnel fails to show upon the project date, Elke Photography will retain the full

commission fee but may be rescheduled at 100% of the original commission fee.

CONTENT ASSUMPTIONS

The Company will provide all necessary information for set-up, photography, model releases

and work areas. The Company will provide and pay for any and all necessary assets and manage all

clearing or rights or royalties, including but not limited to images, fonts, video, sounds,

music, copy or otherwise as required.

Asset creation, content creation , or other efforts to support marketing and PR of the company

are not included in this scope of work.

TECHNOLOGY ASSUMPTIONS

Elke Photography will design deliverables to be based around the Company’s requirements and

specications. It is the responsibility of the Company to establish any accounts/relationships

with third parties, including billing, to facilitate completion of this work. It is the Company’s

requirement to ensure posesssion of appropriate software and other related programs for use

of the images as delivered by Elke Photography.

Elke Photography will only be commissioned to plan and implement production of photographs, including
