Glazing on rubber surfaces results from the accumulation of various deposits in the surface structure of rollers and blankets. Dirt particles are not removed during normal cleaning and must be treated with special cleaners, such as deglazers or special cleaning agents. Deposits composed of paper coating residues and ink components accumulate on rollers during the printing process.This causes glazing of the

roller surface, which results in poor ink transfer and causes the inking roller to run blind.Böttcher recommends weekly deep cleaning of rollers with

special cleaning pastes. This extends roller service life and ensures consistent print quality.

coating,light-fast and resistant to yellowing. No tendency of thin paper to

roll or form ripples; no dimensional changes in the

print substrate. Coverage: 0.3 – 1 g/m².

Spray Powders

Bột phun The basis for Böttcher spray powders is pure plant starch. The addition of anti-caking agents makes the powders high pourable and prevents

the formation of clumps. These powders conform to the industry agreement on low-dust spray powders.

pourability, even at high humidity levels.

Particulate matter smaller than 10 µm is a health hazard for printers. These fine particles are deposited in the

lungs. They remain suspended in air for extended periods of time and are inhaled by printers.
