MPD’s Executive Chef, Chris Bonello has created a decadent menu focused on sustainable, organic and seasonal ingredients which will suit almost any palate. This, together with the lux layers of bespoke design elements, MPD is sure to impress your guests, with your event talked about long after it is over.

At MPD Steak Kitchen we are able to cater to groups ranging from 10 to 500, providing a unique and unforgettable event experience. Whether a sit down dinner for 50 or a cocktail style celebration for 500, our Events Team can tailor a package to suit you.

SPACESMPD Steak Kitchen can provide a range of private and semi private areas for you to host your next special event, with the unique layout of the venue ensuring a one of a kind experience.

Minimum spend is applicable for exclusive use.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SET MENU & FINAL GUEST NUMBERSFinal food and beverage choices must be confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the function. Final number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the date of the function.

FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTIONNo external food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the venue by guests without the prior consent of management. MPD Steak Kitchen is a fully licensed venue and practices Responsible Service of Alcohol and will bound by the laws of the State. Patrons must abide by the conditions of Liquor License of the venue. MPD Steak Kitchen reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcohol to any guests attending the function without liability.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTFor all functions we require a holding deposit which will be agreed upon depending on the size of the function. Generally, with groups of 12 or more $150 deposit, Semi Private functions $2,000 and Full Venue Hire POA (price on application). The agreed amount is then deducted and held by pin payments (find out more visit https://pin.net.au/) your deposit is then refunded back on at the conclusion of function. Please note it may take up to 2-5 business days for funds to be released by the financial institution.

50% of minimum spend must be paid 7 days prior to the date of the function. Depending on the size of the function full payments will be required prior/during/conclusion of the event. Any additional guests over the confirmed number will be charged on the day at the manager’s discretion as well as any additional

purchases. Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking and if necessary extra charges will be charged to the credit card if there are outstanding accounts that are not paid on the date of function.

CANCELLATION FEE12 guests or more- your deposit will be taken upon failure to give 48 hours notice. Semi Private Functions- Your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee if your event is cancelled within 30 days prior to function date.

RESPONSIBILITYThe function host is financially responsible for any damage caused to MPD Steak Kitchen or theft which is caused by a function guest prior to/during or at the conclusion of the function. No decorations are to be attached to walls and windows without the prior consent of Management.

DRESS CODEAll function guests are to be dressed in neat attire – smart casual. MPD Steak Kitchen does not allow thongs or tank tops, it’s the hosts responsibility to inform their guests prior to function otherwise Management have the right to refuse entry.

SECURITYDepending on the type function booked, Management will determine if security is required. You may also choose to have our security at your cost. Security or management reserves the right to exclude or remove any guests from the venue without liability. Management reserves the right to close the venue at anytime with warning and within reasoning. Guests under 18 years old are not to consume any alcohol under any circumstance.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENTMPD Steak kitchen has a wide range of suppliers for function & corporate equipment. Please refer to our preferred supplier list for recommended contacts.

VENUE ACCESSVenue access it permitted 3 hours prior to the event start time for set up of any equipment. If the venue/function space is available during the day an earlier time may be arranged.

PARKINGThere is car park space at the entrance of MPD Steak Kitchen. Guest enter via the entry door and follow it through the red strobe light entrance through the large draped curtains. Parking is at no cost.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSThe is no wheelchair access to the mezzanine area.

NOISE RESTRICTIONSOnly background music may be played unless the venue has been hired out completely.

DELIVERIES All deliveries must be clearly marked and directed to MPD Reservations Department. All equipment must be collected on conclusion of the function.
