Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event. Provide receipts if needed. Set up booths, flowers, decorations, and other event decor. Ensure day of event goes smoothly. Plan menus, order food, and hire chefs or caterers. Give final approval for items such as music and menus. Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc. Educational Background: Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for QUALITY & INNOVATION Skills (Skills that will be acquired): Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers. Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
