Monday, June 17 | 8:30am to 9:45amJessi talks candidly about navigating a material and pop-culture obsessed world. She opens up about her own experiences working in an industry where quite often how you look is more important than how you think, where your net worth is more relevant than your self worth, and where success is measured by what you have, not what you have to give. Revealing a new side of herself, Jessi will empower you to discover that happiness is not about what you have in your life, but what you choose to do with it.

Monday, June 17 | 3:00pm to 4:15pmSteven Page speaks passionately on a twofold approach to promoting mental health as a society: increasing awareness and decreasing stigma. “We sustain this stigma ourselves,” he says. By not talking about our mental health issues, and thinking them a source of shame, we dissuade people from reaching out and seeking help. “Sadness, grief, those are all things we all deal with,” Page says. “The healthy brain processes it and learns to cope with it and overcome it. Sometimes the sick brain gets stuck in it.” In his compelling talk, Page reminds us that anyone (even our favourite musicians) can suffer from mental illness, and that everyone has a role to play in ending the stigma. An intelligent, honest and witty speaker, Steven also performs during his presentation, treating the audience to songs he has written throughout his career that speak to the topic.

Tuesday, June 18 | 8:30am to 9:45amIn this insightful and useful talk, Michele recounts her journey from a Queen’s University undergrad to becoming ranked in WXN’s “100 Most Powerful in Canada” and listed as a Forbes’ “Millennial on a Mission”, sharing along the way the lessons she’s learned as one of Canada’s most successful entrepreneurs, including the necessity of embracing change, encouraging disruption, and incentivizing innovation at every stage of the game.

Tuesday, June 18 | 3:00pm to 4:15pmThese days, if you want to get someplace fast, with no wrong turns, you just program your car’s GPS and follow the commands. You choose a destination, then your GPS calculates the route from where you are to where you want to go and then it guides you to get there. Your brain works the exact same way: Choose where you want to go, and your subconscious takes over from there. Trouble is, your subconscious is also a storage area for habits and beliefs that either keep you on track or throw you off course. If you don’t program it for success, you’ll never reach your destination. Wayne Lee helps you access and harness the power of your GPS for optimal performance at work and at home. This presentation opens your mind to melt away stress and negative interference. This presentation helps reveal what’s possible when you program your GPS for success. Deeply engaging, always down-to-earth, Wayne Lee delivers life-changing content and an exhilarating, one-of-a kind experience.
