What have you learned about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

Pre-productionDuring the time that we where prepared to start filming, we had to learn to use a wide variety of technologies. Among these technologies we also learned how to use YouTube, Microsoft, Blogger, Prezi and Scribd. These were to help us set up our blogs were most of our work would go, we also learned how to use a few function on both the iPod and iPad as we needed a few application from them. Finally we used Google and art of the title as practise to what it was we where doing.

Embedding HTML• I was able to put files like powerpoints and videos onto

my blog by embedding using HTML code. Each site has an option to copy an embed code which means you can have the file on the blog rather than just linking to the site.

ProductionWe used a variety of different items that would help us with our filming, our idea at the time wasn't fully developed so we experimented using a HD camera and tri-pod, after a few successful days of filming my idea had finally developed fully and I knew what to do for the POV shot. So we then borrowed a mono-pod which is specialised for hand held shot. Finally we used some light I order to get one of the scenes I the classroom a 100% correct.

Post ProductionThis in my opinion was the hardest Production part. Once we finished filming we had to incorporate it into a film with music and sound effects, this is where we started using the internet more regularly as it was important we found what we needed for the music we used a website called free-play music which allowed us to download music for our film for free, we also used Sony Vegas which is an editing program for films which we had to learn to use on or school desktop. We tried to make our own song for the movie using garage band, however this was not successful as I could not get the full application on my iPod, Finally I'm using my laptop and Google images to write my evaluations this is all we learned from media and it was all actually very enjoyable.
