Graz, December 16th, 2011

Dear President and EFP Delegate, The end of 2011 is approaching – another year full of organisational and preparatory work for Europerio 7. I am happy to inform you that all hard work being put into compiling the high standard and diversified scientific programme as well as into intensively promoting Europerio 7 all around the world bears fruits: 1309 abstracts from 69 countries have been submitted. This number is even breaking last Europerio’s record, which was reached in 2009 in Stockholm, by more than 50% – which lets us be very optimistic about the success of Europerio 7!

Only five more months to go until the doors open for all Europerio 7 delegates in Vienna. Bearing this in mind I would like to remind you today of your possibilities to well present your National Society during the conference:

Institutional Booth

Similar to Europerio 6 in Stockholm, we will create an area for institutional booths in the commercial exhibition or at another very prominent spot. If your society would like to have a space at Europerio 7, please contact Monica Guinea (monica@efp.net) until January 16th, 2012. The following National societies have already booked their space: British, Italian and Spanish Society of Periodontology

Translation

In order to provide the international delegates with the best educational experience be reminded of the translation possibilities that can be offered during Europerio 7. The main auditorium and the dental hygienist session room will be equipped with a translation infrastructure.

So far the French as well as the Italian society have seized the opportunity and ordered simultaneous translation of the whole programme in the main auditorium into their respective language. This is possible for all National societies interested. Solemnly a cost contribution of approximately EUR 7.000,00 net per language (depending on language and scope) will be asked for. This cost contribution is independent of final number of delegates.

The rationale is: the more delegates from your home country attend, the higher your share in the profit repartition after the congress will be. So take advantage of this service and let us know as soon as possible but latest on January 16th, 2012, if you want simultaneous translation to be offered in your language.

 

 

Evening for National Societies

In case you wish to organize a dinner for your members you have the opportunity to do so on Thursday, June 7, 2012. Just contact Tatiana Pejacsevich (pejacsevich@mondial-travel.com) of Mondial directly. She will advise and assist you in the organisation of the gathering.
