• Simulation of the European Court of Human Rights concerning the violation of the European Convention on Human Rights
• Only english MCC on Human Rights europe wide
• In cooperation with the Council of Europe• 2 rounds – written pre-rounds and final oral
round • Open to all ELSA and CoE Member
Countries • Teams: 2 – 4 members per team• Submission for Applicant and Respondent• Oral Pleading for both sides• Only 2 members are allowed to plead

• Due to close cooperation with CoE establishment HRMCC
• Drafting Rules, Guidelines, Case, Registration, budget
• Creating new website• Launching on 15th of July • Sponsors hunt beginning of August• Contacting possible Judges for the Jury • Many requests from teams and interested
students• Already 10 registered teams! • Searching for acoommodation, lunch, dinner,
opening ceremony, award ceremony with CoE

• Written by Andrew den Exter form the Erasmus Observatory on Health Law, Rotterdam, The Netherlands in cooperation with the HRMCC Advisory Board
• About the sterilization of an HIV infected
woman after giving birth in the fictitious country of Orosia

• Will score the written submissions in December and judge the oral pleadings in February
