Summer School 2013

- Attended by 77 English teachers from 15 regions of Moldova, -9 sessions, out of which 3 sessions which were repeated and 4 parallel sessions, that were presented by specialists from different institutions from Moldova and the USA. ( Peace Corps Volunteers, English teachers from ACCELS, ASEM, ISE and different Lyceums, etc.)

Plan for 2013-2014

•Title of the project: „Modern Techniques and Strategies for In-service and Pre-service English Language Teachers”.

•Period of implementation: September 2013 – June 2014

•Place of implementation: English Teaching Resource Center (1 I. Creanga street, Chisinau, Moldova 2069, Room 302)

Our goals: •To provide regular access to the latest books

and printed resources in teaching EFL;•To practice modern trends of teaching EFL in

a series of workshops, seminars and trainings;

•To equip ETRC members with the necessary skills for using internet and modern technology in their teaching;

•To organize meetings with native English speakers in order to synthesize, compare and contrast education related and cultural issues
