En Praxia Energy somos especialistas en ingeniería estructural. Nuestro equipo de ingenieros calcula las estructuras de acuerdo a la normativa de aplicación de cada país, considerando la mejor solución de anclaje en función de las diferentes tipologías de la cubierta. Aportamos en cada proyecto, los cálculos estructurales justificativos y apoyamos en todas las fases de diseño e ingeniería.
Praxia Energy S.L. is a company founded in 2006, specialized in structural engineering, production and erection of PV mounting systems, both on ground and on roof systems.
Our best reference are the most of 100 MW of ON ROOF structural systems carried out all over the world (Italy, Spain, UK, Sweden, Chile, Germany, Mexico and Caribbean region), and currently expanding into new markets.
At Praxia Energy we specialized in structural engineering. Our Engineering Department calculates the structures according to the local regulations, considering the best anchoring solution according to the different types of roof. We always provide for each project the structural calculation. We make our designs according to the Customer requests and our technical team supports with our expertise and can cooperate with the lay-out drawings.

TIPOLOGÍAS DE CUBIERTASTYPES OF ROOFS
Tenemos referencias de instalaciones sobre cubierta en todo tipo de tejados (chapa grecada, panel sándwich, en teja de barro, de pizarra, fibrocemento, abstestocemento…), sobre cubierta plana o a 1, 2 y 4 aguas, utilizando en cada una de ellas, los elementos de anclaje específicos para su sistema estructural.
We have references on all type of roofs (ribbed sheet, sandwich panel, clay tiles, slate tiles, fiber cement, asbestos…), and on flat roofs, gable roofs, hipped roofs…always using the most suitable anchoring systems for each specific structural system.

According to each type of roof, we can choose from the widest variety of anchoring systems, advising always the most suitable for each project. They are always supplied together with the profiles.
According to each type of panel to be installed, we also consider different types of fixation clamps to be provided.
Atendiendo a las diferentes tipologías de cubierta, podemos utilizar la más variada selección de sistemas de anclaje, recomendando siempre el más idóneo para cada proyecto. Siempre son suministrados junto toda la perfilería.
En función del tipo de panel a instalar, también tenemos diferentes tipos de grapas de sujeción para la unión de los paneles al sistema estructural.

MONTAJE DE ESTRUCTURAS “ON ROOF”“ON ROOF” STRUCTURES INSTALLATION
We provide specific installation manuals in order to carry out the installation of the supporting systems
Facilitamos el manual de montaje de la estructura para los proyectos, a petición del cliente.
In order to guarantee the water tightness of the roof, we apply a polymer sealant solution on the sheet.
Additionally, after placing the profile, we add a neoprene washer to the sheet metal screws or auto-drilling screws, ensuring this way that the roof is going to be 100 % water proof.
Para garantizar la estanqueidad en los distintos tipos de tejados, aplicamos una solución de sellador polímero sobre la chapa que forma la cubierta.
Adicionalmente, después de colocar el perfil, añadimos una arandela de neopreno en el roscachapas o tornillo autotaladrante, garantizando de este modo la estanqueidad de la cubierta al 100%:

El resultado final es una cubierta totalmente “estanca” que no permite la filtración de agua de lluvia, tanto en las naves industriales, viviendas, parkings, cobertizos agrícolas, invernaderos...
The final result is a roof completely “water proof” that does not allow rain water to leak in, whether industrial buildings, housing, parking, agricultural shed, greenhouses….
