1Q08 Highlights

10.5% annual growth in the average number of undergraduated students, reaching 198 thousand at the end of 1Q08;

Record enrollment of 52,000 students for the first semester of 2008;

Average renewal rate of 87% (86% in 2007);

Acquisition of three colleges in São Paulo, with a total of 3,800 students on March 31, 2008;

Conclusion of the first phase of integration of our 67 units nationwide and initial implementation of our shared services center.
