COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTSGive Kids The World Village Sunday, October 20 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Give Kids The World Village (GKTW) is a 70-acre, non-profit resort in Central Florida that createsmagical memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. GKTW providesaccommodations at its whimsical resort, donated attractions tickets, meals and more for a week-

long, cost-free fantasy vacation. With the help of many generous individuals, corporations and partnering wish-granting organ-izations, GKTW has welcomed over 85,000 families from all 50 states and over 60 countries.

Our group will maintain the GKTW Village by participating in activities such as painting, cleaning of public areas, landscapingand warehouse inventory. Activities will be matched to our group’s abilities and the organization’s current needs. GKTW willhold a short “thank you ceremony” and each participant will receive a small thank you gift to remember their day at the GKTWVillage.

Charity Bicycle Ride Sunday, October 20 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation have teamedup to create a memorable cycling experience in support of this year’s selected charities. Starting from the JWMarriott Grande Lakes, riders will go on a 40-mile guided trip through the city of Orlando. The route will be onmostly flat, well-paved roads. There is a separate fee for rental of bikes and other equipment. Bikes range in sizefrom 50cm - 61cm. Available bikes are specialized Tarmacs all carbon fiber, Trek Maddones all carbon fiber, and

Fuji road bikes Chromoly and Aluminum.It is suggested that all riders bring their own helmets and pedals, however helmets areavailable for rental.

If you would like to participate in this event, please check the box on the registration form. You will be contacted furtherregarding your equipment needs and liability waiver. To participate in this event you must register no later than Tuesday,September 3.

The Gift of Giving Sunday, October 20 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.

The Children's Advocacy Center for Osceola County, Inc. (CAC) serves the most vulner-able children: victims of child abuse and neglect. Children and their non-offending family members are in need of a compassionateresponse aimed at helping them recover emotionally and physically. The CAC has provided this compassionate response since2003, and has helped many children go on to live healthy, happy and productive lives.

This event is about kicking back and enjoying the company of your colleagues while at the same time doing something meaningfuland good for the local community. Three action stations will be set up where groups use their creativity to make blankets, teddybears and medical ID bracelets. If desired, each person can make all three items. A representative from The Children’s AdvocacyCenter will be present to accept the items the group has created along with our donation.

TOURNAMENTS

CONVENTION GOLF TOURNAMENT Sunday, October 208:00 a.m. start time

The ELFA golf tournament takes place on the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club ®, Orlando, Grande Lakes. This course provides golferswith an experience not typically found in Florida. In designing the course, two-time British Open Champion Greg Norman andhis team put special emphasis on preserving the area's well-balanced ecosystem, thriving with ponds, wetlands, live oaks, andcypress heads. The result is a breathtakingly beautiful course enhanced by rare natural elements. Wide fairways, strategicallyplaced hazards, generous landing areas, and subtly contoured greens provide a challenging but fair test of a golfer's abilities.

Prizes will be distributed to the winning teams. Players have the option of forming their own foursomes or being placed intofoursomes. The cost of the tournament is $250, which includes continental breakfast, green fees, cart and lunch. The ELFA annual tennis tournament will be held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes tennis courts. The $95 fee includes a 30minute warm up clinic, refreshments, a can of balls for each player, and lunch. If you are interested in playing in the tournament,please check the appropriate box on the registration form and include the $95 with your registration fees.

NOTE: There will be no refund of golf or tennis fees after Tuesday, October 1.

Inside the Kennedy Space Center

Monday, October 2110:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Kennedy Space Center is NASA’s launch headquarters. Each year, millionsof visitors make the trip to this hub of technology and discovery wheremany of mankind’s greatest accomplishments take place. Attendees willhave lunch with an astronaut, which offers an up close opportunity to sharein the excitement of space exploration through the eyes and personal stories

of one of NASA’s best. You can ask questions, have photos taken and receive an autographed souvenir if you wish.

Following lunch, attendees will enjoy a guided tour of the newly opened Space Shuttle Atlantis, which features state-of-the-artmultimedia presentations and more than 60 interactive exhibits and high-tech simulators that bring to life the complex systemsand components behind this incredible feat of engineering. The space shuttle is one of the most complicated and sophisticatedpieces of equipment ever built.

A Day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa® Orlando

Tuesday, October 2210:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Feel the revitalizing powers of citrus-infused beauty treatments turn back the handsof time. Surround yourself with fragrant gardens and the serene sounds of nature.Let the day pass gently by. The Ritz-Carlton Spa® Orlando, Grande Lakes, offers youa rejuvenating retreat from the stress of the outside world.

Attendees will select one of three treatments: the Ritz-Carlton signature custom mas-sage, the Ritz-Carlton signature tailored facial or the Florida fresh manicure and pedicure. Appointments can be scheduled eitherat 11:00 am or 12:00 noon. Luncheon will be serve at a reserved section around the Spa pool. Attendees can arrive early to ex-perience the spa or relax by the pool or stay later and arrange for additional treatments paid for separately.

Once you have registered for this event, ELFA will send you the treatment reservation form, which you will send back directlyto the hotel.
