Finish / QualityAll parts coming into contact with the productto be processed are made of stainless steelAISI-316L (1.4435/1.4404) and FDA conformplastic seals (EPDM, PTFE). The surfaces andweld seams touching the product are groundand polished (Ra 0,8 µm).• The high processing quality of the cylindrical

housing that is tilted by 45° prevents theproduct from adhering to the surfaces

• Simple, fast and hygienic cleaning of thesystem

• Installation and removal of the sieve andrasp drum and also the stator are easilycarried out without the need for any tools

• There is absolutely no mechanical contact(metal friction) between sieve drum andstator thanks to the guaranteed minimumdistance

Efficiency / ConceptThe modular, compact and operator friendly SGline is ideal for the granulating, sieving, grating,disagglomeration and homogenisation of hard,breakable, tacky and viscous products from the pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuffs industries.The advantages of this extremely compact andhandy multi-purpose machine are in its versatilityand flexible applications for use and the large active sieve surface.The special granulation process with the rotatingsieve drum and the stator prevents any blocka-ges of the sieve openings thanks to the centri-fugal force of the product.The size, shape and distribution of the granules are determined bythe type of sieve opening, the sieve drum circum-ferential speed and the distance between rotorand sieve.
