I want to thank you for setting aside time to visit with me. The decision of which real estate company

to associate with is a very serious one, it’s the one decision that can make or break your real estate

career. Often times agents do not take adequate time in their decision making process. At the same

time, we take very seriously who we select to join our team of professionals at ClickHome.

We are very proud of the agents at ClickHome and they are the reason we are a recognized industry

leader. I encourage you to review the information in pages to follow. I have collected information that

should give you an understanding of who are, our unique business model and training programs and

answer any questions as we go through the decision process of who to associate with.

I look forward to spending some time with you once you finish reviewing the interview manual, and I

encourage you to make a list of additional questions. The material you are about to review is a small

indication of how serious we take this business and it will give you a sense of the tools we provide to

our agents to assist them in their efforts of achieving their personal goals.

Thank you again for considering making ClickHome Realty your partner in success!

Sincerely,

Ron Capp

Vice President of Business Development

ClickHome was co-founded in 1998 by two dedicated professionals, Myron Von Raesfeld and Rick

Smith, who shared the same desire in bringing Real Estate to a whole new level of excellence.

ClickHome moved to its current location in April of 2007.

In addition to traditional real estate sales, ClickHome comes to market as an Employee Benefit

program offered to Bay Areas companies to help their employees buy and sell homes.

ClickHome is the first to offer such a unique “Employee Benefit” format; and unlike other benefit

programs, the employer pays nothing to include it in their benefits package! This creates a winning

combination for company’s employees and ClickHome agents alike. With the ClickHome Program,

employees enjoy great savings and service and companies help their employees achieve the

American Dream… Home Ownership!

As the company continues to grow, Myron and Rick saw the need to bring Ron Capp to the

Executive Management team. With the addition of Ron Capp on board it is the intent of ClickHome

to reach the next level without compromising the extremely high level of service ClickHome agents

have come to know. This is the very reason ClickHome has grown to command the respect of the

real estate community, partner companies and consumers alike.

Myron Von Raesfeld President & Broker

Within a year of graduating High School from Bellarmine College Prep, Myron was hired by the Oakland Fire Department where he was promoted to the rank of Engineer. His career in the Fire Department was cut short with a disability

retirement at the age of 26. As a result of this early retirement he became a full time Real Estate agent and quickly became one of the top agents in the area. In 1992 Myron was recruited to the position of Sr. Vice President for Prudential California Realty to manage their Cupertino office. Within 2 years the Cupertino office was awarded for becoming one of the top producing offices in the nation for a office of its size. In 1996 Myron left Prudential to begin work on a new concept for the real estate industry and started RealSource in 1998. In 2002 he incorporated the name of ClickHome and began offering the Click-Home employee benefit program to medium and large sized companies. Currently ClickHome represents over 80 companies in the San Francisco Bay area and we are continuing to grow.

Rick Smith COO & Associate Broker

Rick Smith has over 24 years experience in the Real Estate industry and an additional eight years in Marketing and Advertising. From 1977 to 1980 he was a partner in Zander & Smith, a Marketing, Advertising and Sales Company. He

went on to establish R.C. Smith Co. in 1980, a Sales and Marketing Company with offices in California, Nevada, Washington and Texas, and managed it through 1985. In 1986 Rick joined ARC Realtors; in 1988 he moved to Grubb & Ellis, where he also served as Chairman of their Senior Marketing Consultants Board. At Grubb & Ellis, Rick won numerous Sales Awards including the “Listing Agent of the Year” at his Saratoga office. In 1993 Rick joined Prudential California Realty, serving as the Sales Manager at the Saratoga office. From 1993 through 1996, his sales performance put him in the top 3% of all Prudential Agents Nationwide, and in the top 1% Nationally in 1997. Rick garnered other Sales Awards while at Prudential including the “Listing Agent of the Year” in 1996. Rick and Myron Von Raesfeld co-established ClickHome, Inc. in 1998, where he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Associate Broker. Rick serves as the Chairperson for the Grievance Committee at the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and also is a Director for the California Association for Realtors.

Ron Capp VP of Business Development

Ron has more than 20 years experience in real estate sales, mortgage lending, prop-erty management and management from branch offices to regional operations for one of the largest independent real estate companies in America.

Ron started his career in 1989 at Gibson Properties / Better Homes and Gardens where he became Rookie of the year and for the next 8 years was a top-producing agent in a company of 150 pears. He became a partner at Mason-McDuffie in Campbell, CA in 1997 and quickly merged his office with Prudential California Realty in Los Gatos, CA. Shortly thereafter, Ron purchased 100% interest in the company and re-branded to California Properties / Better Homes and Gardens which ultimately became California Properties/GMAC Real Estate. During his tenure Ron founded HomeWeb Mortgage, HomeWeb Property Management and The Real Estate Training Institute (RETI) which trained realtors, managers and Broker/Owners on local, regional and national levels.

Ron sold his real estate company in 2006 and moved to Incline Village, Nevada to work for Dickson Realty, the 77th largest real estate company in America according to Real Trends. As Director of Business Develop-ment he quickly set out transforming the Truckee office from the lowest performing branch into one of the regions highest performing offices. He did this by instilling accountability in the agents through coaching and training. Ron was soon promoted to Vice President of the lake region which consisted of six branch offices spanning multiple counties and two states. During his time at Dickson Realty, coached and trained agents and managers, oversaw construction on a new commercial building in Incline Village, merged offices to increase profitability and opened a new branch to gain market share.

Missing his family and native Santa Clara County, Ron moved back to his hometown and is now ClickHome Realty’s Vice President of Business Development.

Can you tell me how ClickHome is different from other companies?

ClickHome is the only real estate company which offers real estate as am employee benefit to local and national corporate partners. This unique program gives ClickHome agents a steady stream of buyer and seller leads to help enhance their real estate business. At ClickHome you get the “best of both worlds.” You truly are your own business owner and you can run your busi-ness accordingly; but also you have available to you the most sophisticated support system in the real estate industry AND a company that truly supports their agents with buyer and seller leads.

What training does ClickHome provide their Agents to help them succeed?

ClickHome provides superior training for Agents at all levels of production.

The Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness® is a program designed to teach any Agent how to work by referral, whether they are a new Agent or have been in the business for a while. This program is delivered through Buffini & Company Certified Mentors™ who have received special training in how to facilitate the program. ClickHome has three Certified Mentors on its manage-ment team. Ron Capp, Rick Smith and Myron Von Raesfeld.

ClickHome also provides New Agent Training from the Real Estate Training Institute (RETI). This intensive nine-day course is ideal for agents brand new to the real estate and emerging agents who want to fill in the gaps in their knowledge.

Does ClickHome offer a coaching program?

ClickHome offers one on one coaching and agent directed accountability groups.

One on One Coaching—Agents meet with their coach for 45 minutes per week for 10 weeks. At the end of 10 weeks an evaluation is performed to determine the next steps best for you.

Accountability Groups—Our accountability groups meet once a week for 60 minutes. Partici-pants set weekly goals and share them with the other members to ensure the goals are being accomplished. The group appoints a facilitator to make sure the meetings stay focused, on topic, productive and start and end on time.

Will it cost me much to launch my real estate career?

Whether you choose ClickHome or a competitor, it’s important to realize a successful beginning to your career requires a financial investment. There are tools, training and systems available to you at ClickHome that will assist you greatly in quickly generating an income. Management will provide a specific breakdown of your initial expenses. Be cautious; if someone tells you it’s possible to enter the real estate profession and it will cost you very little, they are more than likely going to provide you with very little support. One of life’s rules is – You get what you pay for! We have found that serious and motivated real estate professionals understand the need to invest in their career, while those that hesitate typically are not the type of person we are looking for at ClickHome.

Are their many requirements you place on your Agents?

Keep in mind, you are an independent contractor. That means you for yourself but not by your-self. That being said, ClickHome believes the most successful Agents are those that combine that entrepreneurial spirit with a healthy dose of “specific direction.” We will provide you with guidance on how to pursue business at a high level and we believe it’s important to surround our Agents with successful people. If you truly wish to become a successful and profitable real estate Agent you will fit right in! We have high expectations for our Agents and they seldom let us down.

Do you have meetings?

A normal activity for a successful business is to consistently meet as a group to share ideas, learn from one another and experience a true synergistic environment. This is nearly impossible if no meetings are held. However, we also believe it’s not conducive to high production to simply have a meeting for the sake of having meetings. Normally we meet once a week for one hour to update our agents on market trend and share news in the real estate business.

Am I required to do certain activities?

No – you truly are an independent contractor. You make the ultimate decision as to which activi-ties you choose to pursue to generate a substantial income. We believe one of the reasons many Agents join ClickHome is because of the training, support and systems we make available to our Agents. One of the primary reasons ClickHome is recognized as an industry leader is due to our commitment to guide our Agents toward the most successful lead-generation activities. Ultimately it is your decision whether to follow this proven method of success or less successful business strategies. We encourage individuality, yet caution you about pursuing this business in a less productive manner. There are proven methods of success – we believe you deserve to know what they are!

How many hours will I be expected to work each week?

Every Agent chooses their own work schedule, but at ClickHome we believe it’s not only possible to make a terrific income working 40-45 hours per week, we encourage this type of work schedule. The problem with most real estate Agents is they don’t really work 40 hours. If left to flounder and figure out this business on your own it will command a high price in terms of your personal time and it will require great sacrifice. A successful real estate career certainly requires hard work, but that’s not to be confused with just spending 40 hours per week at work. ClickHome is a strong advocate of our Agents having balance in their lives. We believe our Agents become more profitable if they lead a balanced lifestyle.

Where will my business come from?

There are varied sources of business in addition to our Employee Benefit Program and we will introduce you to many of them. However, our training will teach you specifically how to capture business in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Too many real estate Agents spend a dispropor-tionate amount of money to generate business with few results. At ClickHome we show you how to work smarter – not harder. If you are looking for a company that offers support, guidance, tools and a history of success – look no further!

Is there anything else I should ask?

Keep in mind, almost every real estate broker/owner/manager you consider associating with has a successful sales background. That means they may try to sell you. It is of the utmost importance that you ask them to show you. Don’t take anyone’s word for anything they say to you – including me. If training is important to you then ask, “May I see your training program?” If they cannot place their training program squarely in your hands – it only exists in their intentions.

Make no mistake, we are in challenging times. And to survive in today's real estate market you must have more knowledge than your competition. The management team at ClickHome have not only been extremely successful realtors but they have also trained some of the most successful realtors in California. Make sure you align yourself with successful people who really care about your suc-cess.

Making your decision on which company to join is the most serious one of your career. This is a very challenging business so make sure you give yourself every possible advantage. Lessen the risk of failure by aligning yourself with successful people. Remember, not everyone is destined to be a ClickHome Agent. We are looking for people who are serious about their career and truly want to reach a level of success that most people only dream of. At ClickHome we help make peoples’ dreams come true!
