Is there any cracks and abnormal plays/gaps on Flap (2) external surfaces?

Is there any cracks and abnormal plays/gaps on Flap (2) internal surfaces?

Is there any cracks and abnormal plays/gaps on hinge fittings (3)?

Is there missing or loose fasteners, screws, nuts. on hinge fittings (3)?

002 DETAILED VISUAL INSPECTION OF NACELLES FRONT SECTION CENTER AND REAR OIL COOLER FLAPS

CAUTION : THIS INSPECTION IS TO BE DONE ON BOTH SIDES OF FLAPS AND ESPECIALLY IN ARTICULATION AREA.

NOTE : IN ORDER TO CORRECTLY INSPECT INTERNAL ZONES OF FLAPS : - OPERATE FLAPS BY HANDS, - USE MAGNIFYING GLASSES AND ADAPTED LIGHT SOURCE.

1. CAREFULLY INSPECT FLAPS (1) & (2) FOR : - CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS ON EXTERNAL SURFACES. - CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS ON INTERNAL SURFACES.

2. CAREFULLY INSPECT HINGE FITTINGS (3) & (4) FOR : - CRACKS AND ABNORMAL PLAYS/GAPS. - MISSING OR LOOSE FASTENERS, SCREWS, NUTS.

3. CHECK FOR REDUCED GAPS AND FREEDOM OF MOVEMENTS.

003 CLOSE-UP

1. MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE WORKING AREA IS CLEAN AND CLEAR OF TOOLS AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT.

2. REMOVE ACCESS PLATFORM.

3. REMOVE WARNING NOTICES.
