Forewords
Simona Tanning, as a social responsible company , produces environmental leather. We grasp every possibility to protect our living environment through reducing energy, water, solvent use and solid waste generation during processing.

All treated water from MBR is going to RO system for treatment. The average RO water used for process was higher than 60% of total processing water needed of whole year.

Build up rain water recycling system to collect rain water. The whole trial collecting area is 2448m2, according to the yearly rain in Huizhou of 1705MM that we can save about 4174m3 water a year.

The new DAF help to reduce 50% chemical usage, remove 70% COD & 99% SS, and the total energy cost of whole ETP can be reduced by 20%, meanwhile 10% sludge will be decreased.

New Achievement
Pass the Genuine Leather Mark Eco-Leather assessment by China Leather Industry Association in the year 2009 and get the Eco-leather certificate/ board/ seals in the early of the year 2010.
New Achievement
Received the award as tannery of the year for China as this is the biggest tannery base in the world and took the first place award ahead of our competitors. This is a wonderful accomplishment after only 4 years of tannery operations.
