The conventional communication still remains predominant in nowadays

PMR (professional mobile radio) field due to its simple construction, high

cost-effective ratio and easy operation.TS-2601 Conventional Simulcast

System, with the integration of radio communication technology, PC

networking technology,CTI technology (Computer Telephony Integration)

and satellite communication technology, synchronizes remote sites to form

a wide area radio communication network.

Simulcast System

Main Features

Flexible grouping

Grouping according to need, each groups can work independently.

Monitoring

Dispatcher monitor group conversation or group monitor other group

conversation.

Voice call recording

DSP digital recording that can be retrieved by both time and ID.

External numbers

External numbers (PSTN/GSM/CDMA) can transmit/receive calls to/from a

dispatcher or a simulcast group.

Conference call

A dispatcher, a simulcast group, and an external number (PSTN/GSM/CDMA)

can have conference calls, so that all of them can listen to the call and also

speak.

Voted audio signal

with 3dBm field strength precision.

Compatible with MPT trunking system

The simulcast channel can be used as the traffic channel by trunking system

users.

Why SimulcastSuperior Coverage

Simulcast is a technology that provides wide area coverage

with one frequency pair, and forms a radio communication

network covering a highway, a waterway, a city, a region or

even a province.

Seamless Roaming between sites

Users can travel throughout the system without needing to

change channel.

Simulcast Problems to be solved

The synchronization of RF carrier frequencies received in

Overlap Area;

The synchronization of audio phase in Overlap Area;

The equalization of audio amplitude in Overlap Area;

The voting and rebroadcast of signals received in Overlap

Area.

The audio quality in overlap area is the prominent issue

to be solved in simulcast.

Remote control of the dispatcherRemote-detect the forward power, reverse power, site voltage, and GPS module status;Remote-adjust transmitting power and audio phase delay;Remote-control the simulcast/repeat/sleep status as well as the presetfrequency of simulcast and repeating;Remote-manage portable units; check whether the portable units are on line or not; kill/revive the portable units;Real time display talking party's name, ID, location site and transmitting field strength;Automatically display fail alarm information, such as low transceiver power, transmitter/receiver breakdown, PA malfunction, GPS locking error;

All sites shareone frequency pair

All wireless links shareanother frequency pair

TS-2601 SolutionsTS-2601 adopts unique technologies to solve the above issues respectively.

Introduces Satellite Synch Technology to synchronize carrier frequencies

transmitted from different remote sites with tolerance less than 10Hz;

Adjust the Phase Delay by DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology with

a Step of 1uS;

Precise engineer alignment ensures that the audio signal amplitude is

equalized with less than 0.5dB error;

Accurate Dynamic Field Strength Detecting technology assures reliable

voting with resolution of 3dB.

Use the UHF/VHF transceivers to construct the wireless network;

Take E1/T1 link of optical fiber and microwave to form the wired network;

Mix both wired and wireless networking.

System Networking

Multi-link network mode:
