It was very important to us that we find the right bank to merge with, and

we found that in Enterprise. Not only are they a like-minded bank one that values the customer experience and the community it serves but similar to us, they understand that our business hinges on the ability to

cultivate genuine relationships with our customers and to earn the trust

and respect of you.

We are excited to share that this merger will result in significant

enhancements the convenience of expanded branch locations in New Jersey and New York, new digital capabilities and increased access to

new products and services. We look forward to sharing these

enhancements with you shortly. In the interim, we wanted to provide you

with important dates and details which you can find enclosed in this

Merger Guide.

Friday, February 8 through Monday, February 11 There will be disruptions in the following services from 4:00 PM on February 8 until 8:00 AM on February 11

o Retail Online Banking will be in inquiry only mode, which does not allow for transactions (i.e., transfers)

o Business Online Banking will not be available o Bill Pay services will not be available o Mobile App will not be available o Telephone Banking will be in inquiry only mode, which does not allow for transactions (i.e.,

transfers), only access to balances

Saturday, February 9 All Enterprise Bank branch locations will be open regular business hours

Monday, February 11 at 8:00 AM

o All Retail Online Banking/Business Online Banking will be accessible via the SB One Bank Log On (www.SBOne.bank), but you may experience intermittent disruptions throughout the day

o The SB One Bank mobile app will be available for download to gain access to Mobile Banking (iPhone/Android)

Consumer Online Banking

After 4:00 PM on Friday, February 8, Consumer Online

Banking will be in inquiry only mode until 8:00 AM

Monday, February 11. This means you will NOT be

able to process any transfers, process any bill

payments, etc. On Monday, February 11, you will be

able to access your account(s) from SB One Banks website. To access, visit www.SBOne.bank, choose

online banking from the drop-down box and enter

your user ID and password in the log in box at the top

of the screen. Once you log in, you will be prompted to

accept SB One Banks terms and conditions.

Business Online Banking

On Friday. February 8, at 4:00 PM, Enterprise Banks Business Online Banking platform will no longer be

available. On Monday, February 11, at 8:00 AM, you will

be able to access your account(s) from SB One Banks website. To access, visit www.SBOne.bank, choose

business online banking from the drop-down box and

enter your existing Enterprise Bank user ID and

password/token code in the log in box at the top of

the screen. Once you log in, you will be prompted to

accept SB One Banks terms and conditions.

External Online Banking Transfers

All recurring transfers will need to be rescheduled in

SB One Banks online banking as of Monday, February 11. Please be sure to copy down your current

transfers to ensure a smooth transition. After Friday,

February 8, at 4:00 PM, you will not be able to access

this information.

Bill Pay

Once enrolled in SB One Banks Online Banking, you will need to recreate your settings and payees. The

routing number for all payments should be changed to

SB One Banks routing number 021206249.

Mobile App

On Friday, February 8, at 4:00 PM, Enterprise Banks

mobile app will be no longer be available. On Monday,

February 11, you will first need to log into online

banking via computer. You will need to delete

Enterprise Banks app, download SB One Banks free mobile app from the Google Play or Apple App Store

and sign in to re-establish mobile access. For your

convenience, you will now have access to Mobile

Deposit Capture, a new feature of the mobile app.

Mobile Alerts

All mobile alerts will need to be re-established through

SB One Banks online banking as of Monday, March 26. To re-establish your alerts, go to www.SBOne.bank, log

into online banking, click on Profile at the top of the screen, and click on Enroll in the Mobile Banking section.

Quicken/Quickbook Users

If you are a Quicken/Quickbook user, there is a small

step you need to take prior to Friday, February 8th in

order to maintain one ledger in your program. Please

refer to the instructions on the merger page of our

website.

Direct Deposit/Automatic Payments

If you are enrolled in Direct Deposit or automatic

payments, your transactions will continue to post as

normal; however, we request that you update your

routing number to SB One Banks routing number: 021206249.

Checks

You can continue to use Enterprise Bank checks

after the conversion. Once you run out of your

existing supply, you can order additional checks

through any existing Enterprise or SB One Bank

branch.

ATMs

All Enterprise Bank ATMs will be available for cash

withdrawals during conversion weekend, however,

they will not be available for deposits.

Telephone Banking

Telephone Banking will be in inquiry only mode as of

Friday, February 8 at 4:00 PM. On Monday, February

11, at 9:00 AM, you will be able to access SB One

Banks telephone banking service using your existing PIN and by dialing (800) 511-9900. Your password will

remain the same 4-digit PIN you previously created.

Account Numbers

Your account numbers will remain the same unless you

have received previous communication from us.

Certificates of Deposit & IRAs

There will be no change to your account number,

interest rate, maturity date or any other terms of your

CD/IRA unless you have received previous

communication from us.

Statements

You will receive two sets of statements during the

month of February. The first set will be from Enterprise

Bank that will reflect activity up to February 8. The

second set will be from SB One Bank. This statement

will be sent according to your existing statement cycle

and will also include activity from February 11 February 28.

End of Day Cut-off Time

End of day cut off times for in branch deposits will

remain the same (the time the branch closes). End of

day cut off times for all other methods of deposits (i.e.,

online banking transfers, mobile capture deposits,

etc.) will also remain the same.

Debit Card/ATM Card

If you are an existing debit card holder, you will be receiving

a new SB One Bank debit card in early February (further

communication to follow). Until then, your current debit or

ATM card will continue to work.

Office Hours

All Enterprise Bank and SB One Bank branch hours will

remain the same.

Phone Lines

Currently, all existing Enterprise Bank phone numbers

will remain active.

Loan Payments

All loan payments after February 11, 2018 should be

sent to SB One Bank, P.O. Box 7128, Rochelle Park, NJ

07662. In addition to SB One Bank branches, existing

Enterprise branches will continue to accept your

payments.
