EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This final business report of the year is about Enterprise-rent-a-car. Due to the

worldwide economic crisis, Enterprise rent-a-Car industry has helped to increase the

development of the country. People like better renting vehicles instead of buying new

cars.

The report is on the subject of a creation of a new branch in Luton Airport which

could have a huge impact in the region, because the demand for company’s

products and services are required.

The report will have a glance in addition to the financial analysis of the new branch.

INTRODUCTION

The main reason of this 1,500 words final business report of the year is to construct

a new branch for Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Luton Airport, which was chosen for the

business.

This new branch is designed to attract many customers from everywhere, from

different categories of people such as: students; young professionals; tourists;

migrants; people; men and women currently focus on local businesses.

This closing report will also analyze the reason for choosing Luton which is just of off

the M1 motorway which connects to all the majors cities in the UK.

After that explore, a situation analysis that covers the current environment of the

Enterprise rent industry and the particulars of the new branch made.

Then to make out volume, prices, budget, advertising strategy plan and guide in the

equivalent point to gain market watchfulness among many people, it is important to

also create an interactive new experience for the branch on one hand and on the

Location is very important for the start of new business. According to

www.lutonhistory.com, Luton area is one of the largest oldest town in the UK, and

it has a long and interesting history.

The city of Luton It has several museums located throughout the area, there are

many parks to be found in the town, and in addition traveling around the city is easy,

as is making the journey to London easy the voyage to London.

Furthermore, one of the most unique area attractions is the Mossman Collection,

consists of horse-drawn cars from the 18th century on, and is the largest of its kind in

the UK.

An additional admired car trip to make from Luton is to Windsor Castle, which is one

of the official homes of British royal family. This arrangement has roots and tourists

should not ignore the opportunity to utilize enterprise and pay for it visits.

In Enterprise’s view, the company it is implicated in his consumer satisfaction. His

because of an accident or mechanical repair or the robbery; or start a short

business; or just for holiday trip some time for a special occasion.

Different categories of clients are welcomed to hire the cars as long they agreed to

the rental agreement terms and conditions, therefore, companies as well as

individuals are all welcome.

Rental agreement for customers is applied to all type of people and is as follows:

your agreement with the company; rental period; your responsibilities; use of the

vehicle and charges.

The agreement is the entire agreement between the consumer and the company

concerning the rental of the vehicle and cannot be altered unless agreed to in writing

and signed on behalf of the consumer and the company.

The company assures the consumer that the vehicle is roadworthy and suitable for

renting at the start of the rental period.

Agreed that the customer may have the vehicle until the return date; may agreed to

extend this rental period orally or in writing but the rental period may not be more

than one month.

Customer must look after the vehicle and the keys, must inspect the vehicle prior to

taking possession of it; must stop using the vehicle and contact the company as

soon as the client become aware of a fault with the vehicle; must bring back the

vehicle to the company by the date and time shown in the agreement; must check

that not any personal belonging has left in the vehicle before bringing it back.

The vehicle must not be used by anyone other than you, hire or reward, for any

illegal purpose outside the United Kingdom. While under the influence of alcohol;

overloaded with more passengers or to transport dangerous goods.

The client agreed to pay the company the following charges: the time charges for the

rental period and any extension of the rental period at the daily rate; all fines and

court costs for parking, bus lane, congestion charge and other offences assessed

against the vehicle; and any recovery fees applied where the damage to, or vehicle

fault is the result of human error.

COMPETITIVE

Competition for the industry augmented on one occasion business airport travel

open room for four others staffs which the number will augment every year in link

with the increase of number of cars per year.
