• PG&E serves approximately 15 million customers– 1 in 20 Americans

– Large scale impact

• Since 1990, PG&E Programs have:– Saved over 60,000 GWh of energy through efficiency &

conservation

– Avoided construction of 15 large power plants

• From 1976-2010 PG&E Programs have:– Avoided release of more than 168 million metric tons of

CO2 into the atmosphere
