Marketing, imports, exports, sales and e-commerce operationsare based on geographical distribution and lie under the dutiesand the responsibility of the S&M department.For quickest possible customer service, there are sixexperienced account managers available, looking after theneeds of our clients.In addition to this, a separate EXPORT and FRANCHISE SUPPORTDepartment is in place to ensure prompt service to ourinternational business partners.

The collections are designed by in-house design teams consisting today of 14 full time employed designers, three Head- Designers and oneArt- Director who ensure each garment has its distinctive signature.

R&D and Designing

The quality of our clothes is our primary goal. The clothes areproduced according to safety standards and certified throughTUV Austria, whereas the fabrics and colors undergo qualitycontrols and are accompanied by special certificates.

For the continuous improvement of the quality of our clotheswe co-operate with the International House of QualityControl, INTERTEK.

ENERGIERS is also certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 byTUV co-operation.

Focus on Quality

Production is mainly made in Europe but also in cooperation with internationalsuppliers. Selection of foreign manufacturers is based on infrastructure, skills,security, quality and cost. Long-term business relationships with suppliers helpachieving quality expectations and results.

An effective internal infrastructure and the ability to develop new business andcooperation systems for emerging and new markets help ENERGIERS to increasethe growth of the business.

The distribution and logistics center of 8,000 sqm is based in Thessaloniki inNorthern Greece, serving daily all Point of Sales and the international network.The center receives, picks, packs and distributes approximately 18,000 pieces perday.

New technology recently implemented helps the Company work with flexibilitywhich is a must working in the clothing industry.Thus the new system enables us to connect all parts in the production chain fromdesign, manufacture, distribution, sales and accounting, minimizing the lead timefrom design to shelve.

Depending on to the country, area, city and market location theideal size of an ENERGIERS store, requires a minimum netground floor space of 120 to 150 sqm, while the gross shop floorarea should be between 150-200 sqm with a minimum of 6 to 8meters of shop-front / window.

Depending primarily on the location of the store, its size and itsarchitectural plan, constructional details, as well as any otherrestrictions/limitations and special construction condition of thebuilding, the cost may vary between 250-300€ per sqm, yet, thisis may vary from country to country due to labor costdifferences.

In order to secure a cooperation with ENERGIERS a franchise partnership agreement (Direct

Franchise agreement or Master Franchise agreement) with detailed terms and conditions is

ENERGIERS Success Support System (3S) is further divided into 5 levels:

1. Business Planning

Together, a detailed franchise business plan is developed according to

the needs of the territory as well as other factors such as evaluation of

local competition, estimated Price positioning, ease of Market

Penetration, necessary Start-up Marketing, etc.

This business plan covers among other things:

the estimated set-up costs, product cost, estimated capital

requirements, gross and net margins as well as P&L, return on

investment (ROI), Break Even Point Analysis, etc.

ENERGIERS tries to analyze all critical business and key performance

indexes in order to ensure viability and profitability for its Franchisees.

The Marketing Plan is prepared in cooperation with ENERGIERS

Marketing Dpt. and includes a detailed Marketing Calendar as well as

an action plan for the first 6 months of operation.

2. Initial Store Set-up

During the initial store set-up ENERGIERS assists its Franchisees in

all technical details necessary to implement their ENERGIERS Store

concept.

ENERGIERS architectural team visit the premises of the Franchisee

in order to coordinate local teams and purchases of equipment,

furniture etc. based on the analytical architectural layout plan and

the construction manuals of the company.

They contribute invaluable know-how during the set-up phase

eliminating mistakes which could lead to extensive construction

cost and reducing time.

3. Initial Training Procedures

ENERGIERS uses the system of (3T) – Train the Trainer, passing

over to the Franchisee the initial know-how that he will have to

pass on to its employees and managers.

Initial training takes place in Greece and covers all aspects of

business, administration, management, daily sales, shop operation,

local store marketing, logistics as well as the intro to the

philosophy and the lifestyle of ENERGIERS.

In addition to this, ENERGIERS trains the local Team “on-the-job”

during the soft – opening phase of the new ENERGIERS store.

ENERGIERS provides its franchisees with the necessary procedures

and systems in order to efficiently run their new shop operations.

Apart from detailed manuals and instructions, ENERGIERS has set-

up proven systems and procedures for the day to day operations,

merchandising and visual merchandising, sales and client handling

procedures.

All departments of ENERGIERS are dedicated to supporting the

special needs of its partners – franchisees, either remotely or on-

site, like e.g. the team of merchandisers that visits each

ENERGIERS store on a regular base to ensure the right placement
